Once we’ve agreed on the details, full payment reserves your place in my commission schedule. Work on your portrait will begin once payment is received.
Once your portrait is complete, I’ll carefully package and ship or deliver your finished artwork.

Because each print is made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted. If your print arrives damaged or there's a problem with your order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and I'll make it right.
